Homeschooling on the Road

One of the many advantages of homeschooling is that you can do it anywhere — almost.

Here we are on a long distance bus in China studying about rocks.  We couldn’t pull out our rock collection to handle what we were reading about, but we’ll follow up at home for that.  No matter — the next day as we were riding in another bus, DD pointed at some rocks and named what kind they were!  On the road learning!  :-)

My husband snapped this shot. I didn’t even know about it until we had gotten back home.
