I was walking along the street, running errands when I saw this:
WOW! That got my attention! What is he doing? Then I realized he’s making candy. It’s remotely similar to taffy. You know about pulling taffy, right? Well he’s pulling candy too!
This is the stand he uses to anchor the candy.
And here are the candies/sweets after they are done.
In my opinion, they look nicer than they taste. Most Chinese candy is just sweet with no other flavor besides the occasional sesame or peanut flavor.
