Bus Decor

There’s something about buses in China that I’ve wanted to capture for my blog.  Recently when crossing an overpass, I saw my chance!

Look at the front of the bus.  Do you see the red lanterns hanging under the bus #29 sign?  The bus is decorated!  Sometimes (especially lady) bus drivers will have a flower arrangement on the bus dashboard like this next photo.

It’s so cheerful and funny!  I guess that the driver who sits there for hours and hours would like to personalize and beautify her work station.  It just so happens that her work station is a vehicle!

Yes, I took this picture in the middle of the street. Don’t worry; the light was red.  I had a green crossing light.
