As amazing as it is, in over six years of living abroad, I’ve never ordered books from Amazon and had them shipped over. I’d always heard good things about their international service, and it’s true! These things came in two weeks of my online order. They came right to my apartment complex; I didn’t even have to go to the post office to pick them up. Wow.
In the past, my mom helped me send over things by surface mail, but when international surface mail was done away with, well, we either physically brought things over or just did without. I finally bit the bullet on the high shipping costs and ordered. (It’s $5 per book for shipping. Ouch.)
But what joy! What excitement! The living math books are here!!
Sprite had fun looking through them. Of course, the cats did too.
