Another baking accomplishment — pita bread! I got the recipe and tips from Farm Girl.
Not all of them puffed up totally, but we had enough perfect ones for our dinner. The ones that didn’t puff up totally will be baked into pita chips. We stuffed them with seasoned beef, fresh cucumber slices, fresh salsa, shredded cheddar, and yogurt sauce. The family voted them a success, so they will be added to the menu rotation. It’s so wonderful to have another option. I get so tired of making the same things over and over.

Yum! How do you make the yogurt sauce?
@Julie — I think that I used minced garlic, salt, black pepper, maybe some Greek seasoning.
