We had a great Charlotte Mason Carnival, but I want you to know that we also had 40 spam submissions! These articles ranged from slightly off topic to plain odd. I’m not going to give the spammers the joy of linking to their articles, but here are the titles for your amusement.
There was one that almost made it. At least it was a homeschooling post. But, too bad, it wasn’t Charlotte Mason.

We had some that were at least related to learning in some way. But again, no dice. Not Charlotte Mason by any stretch of the imagination.

- 10 Tips to Improve Your Memory
And then there the entries that made me wonder what planet the spammer was on. Did he or she really expect me to link to these topics from a Charlotte Mason homeschooling carnival?

- 7 Web Sites Every Digital Learner Should Know
- 7 Tips to Make Sure Your Organic Food is Really Organic

Isn’t that insane? But you’ve got to give them credit for writing catchy headlines. See any trends there? They’ve used some time tested prescriptions for writing good titles. Maybe they should start their own Carnival of Spam with Catchy Titles.
