Happy Birthday, China!

60 years ago on October 1, 1949, The People’s Republic of China was founded.

The entire first week in October is the celebration of this great nation.

Happy 60th, China! You’re looking better than ever!

Dana October 2, 2009 at 11:50 am: Did you get to enjoy any of the celebrations? I looked at the array of photos at The Big Picture at Boston.com, and was just amazed at the discipline and training they must have to make such perfect formations. Just amazing. A very good life lesson.
