@J’s mom, You are so right. I had Japanese roommates that first introduced me to Japan. Japan is polite and orderly. China is… well, it’s not polite or orderly.
@Elena — Oh, I will surely post the other paintings.
@Mrs. Hewett — Google Translate! I can read some characters, but using an online translator (although not perfect by any means) is far easier.

Oh my! I love, love that painting! The bold colors, the individual expressions on the faces of the sheep. Wonderful, Sprite! How great that you were able to connect with the ladies at the frame shop as well. Wow, Sprite could illustrate a children's book! It looks like she has a style all her own like my daughter. Anna Rose and I would love to see more of her work. Reading your blog makes me realize how different Japan and China are. I can’t imagine people in Japan criticizing a child’s work like that. Most likely, they would say nothing if they didn’t like it.

But anyway, I love the picture. She has talent.
